Bake Sale, Ugandan Musicians, and Trout in the Classroom

The TISA 3rd grade has been busy lately. Thanks to the generous contributions of our class families, and the hard work of the students in our in-school cookie-baking project, we raised a ton of money at our Bake Sale to help fund fun field trips.

Our school was very fortunate to receive a visit from a group of Ugandan musicians and dancers. Our whole school enjoyed the beautiful music, rhythmic movement, and daring acrobatics. We all hope they visit us again some day!

The moment has finally arrived. Trout in the Classroom! We have received our fish, thanks to the Trout Unlimited organization. In particular, we have Mr. Marc Space to thank for his generous support of this amazing opportunity for our students to participate in real Life Science learning.
